Escabeche Recipe

Escabeche Recipe

Ingredients:


  • As needed oil for frying
  • 1k Lapu-lapu
  • 2 packs Knorr All-in-One + Meaty Seasoning
  • 3 tsp garlic, chopped
  • 3 tbsp ginger, julienne
  • 50 g onions, sliced
  • 385 ml water
  • 1 pc Knorr Fish Broth Cubes
  • 40 ml vinegar
  • To taste brown sugar
  • 200 ml tomato sauce
  • 1 pc carrots, julienne
  • 1 pc red bell pepper, julienne
  • 24g cornstarch
Procedure:

1.    Season fish with Knorr All-in-One + Meaty Seasoning. Pan fry until cooked through.
2.    In the same pan with reduced oil, sauté garlic, onion and ginger. Add vinegar simmer.
3.    Add water, Knorr Fish Broth Cubes, sugar and catsup. Blend well.
4.    Add carrots and bell peppers then let this simmer for 2 minutes.
5.    Add slurry and stir until sauce is thickened.
6.    Ass fish and let this simmer for 6-8 minutes and serve.
