It was a night of "Noble Grape" and fine wines, coupled with a good company of blogger friends and cheers filled the walls of the Wine Museum last week in Pasay City - this was our Wine Wednesday!

As a prelude to the upcoming
Grand Wine Experience on
November 4, 2016, we were invited by the
Philippine Wine Merchants to have an advanced tasting of some of the featured wines that will be joining the
16th GWE to be held at the
Marriott Grand Ballroom in
Resorts World Manila.
Featuring over 500 wines, spirits, and beer to choose from in one location and event, the Grand Wine Experience promises to be an unforgettable night for wine enthusiasts and experts. Match that with a lavish buffet to go with a wine-pairing, it can be considered as one of the country’s most prestigious and most extravagant wine and spirits event.

Johnnie Walker Red and
Johnnie Walker Black, Camus VSOP, Hennessy XO, Glenmorangie 10YO, Patron Tequila Silver, Alfonso Light, Montes Cab Sauv, Montes Chardonnay, Montgras Reserva Carmenere, Yalumba Y Series Chardonnay, Gossips Moscato Sweet Lips, Guntrum Riesling, Stolichnaya Red, and more.
But it was the Johhnie Walker team who brought the house down with their cocktails demo at the bat. Have I mentioned that
Johnnie Walker Red and
Johnnie Walker Black were among my favorites that night as well? :)

The Grand Wine Experience
The
Philippine Wine Merchants (PWM) was founded in 1975 by
Ralph Lim Joseph. Together with his three brothers- Robert, Ronnie, and Raymond, the Joseph brothers had successfully run the business becoming one of the biggest wine importers and distributors in the country with strong market presence in both on-premise and off-premise sales.
