Figaro is now serving the four (4) new Executive Lunch Sets. Available all day only at selected stores only. These executive launch meals are priced at a uniform Php 249 each. It come with a Salted Caramel Custard dessert (somewhat similar to leche flan) and a regular sized Lemonade drink.
First in the executive lunch set is the Salisbury Meatballs. The meatballs are made of 100% ground beef generously topped with mushroom gravy. It comes with carrots & green peas, and served with jasmine rice.
Second comes the Lemon Butter Fish Fillet. It’s a pan-fried Dory Fish Fillet, seasoned with lemon, salt & pepper and topped with lemon butter sauce as the name suggests. It comes with side dishes of carrots and green peas. Also served with jasmine rice. It was my favorite.
Figaro come up with their special version of embotido, Gourmet Embotido. The 4 slices of pure chicken Embotido is a mixture of 12 secret ingredients and served with jasmine rice, tomato, lettuce, cucumber and sliced hard boiled egg plus sweet-chili sauce on the side. For me, it's best paired with hot brewed Figaro coffee barako.
The last but definitely not the least is the Grilled Pork Belly BBQ. Marinated pork belly is topped with special BBQ sauce and served with java rice and coleslaw. I think Figaro made the best combination for the pork belly BBQ and java rice. Moreover, the meat was tender and juicy.
